Okay, so today is my weigh in day. The scale shows 2 lbs lost, but I can't get my rings off and can feel water retention in my feet too. Yesterday when I got up I was retaining too and as the day went on I was able to take my rings off easily. Why would I be retaining water overnight? I have always thought it was best to weigh in the morning because then there is no food weight, etc. But I guess I will weigh again and see what is going on later. This is my first week back on track and psychologically I need to maximize the weight loss!
