Restaurant reservations

My hairdresser has just told me she's off to DLP for New Year, it's her little girls 2nd birthday and they have a coach deal staying offsite. I've just explained that it will be manic there at that time and I suggested booking a character meal, Macy loves Mickey.

Can you make a reservation when you're not staying in a Disney hotel ?
and if so is it the usual number ?

Also is the birthday phone-call still available at City Hall ?

Re reservations it's the same number for everyone wherever you are staying or even if you are just visiting for the day.

If they are calling from the UK remember to use one of those numbers that cuts costs to 5p per minute like this one 0844 200 90 90

It doesn't matter where you're staying, onsite, offsite, or day guest, you can reserve a table in a restaurant at DLP just the same, using the same Disney dining reservation number.
