I've never gone at this time of year so I don't know what to expect for rental car prices. Is $300-$400 too much for a mid-size car foe 4/5-4/13. Thanks for any advice or opinions. This could be the deciding factor in wether we go or not.

    It sounds high.....We are paying $250 from April 11-19 for a mid-size.

If you don't mind my asking, what company and did you use a certain code or coupon?

I'm paying $431 for a full size(Alamo with Costco discount, includes taxes etc and one extra driver) for 4/4-4/11.

So yes that seems a bit high.

Try using Kayak's car rental search.

I went with Dollar and used codes available on the mousesavers.com website. Are you staying on property or off? There are ways to get it lower but it all depends where you are staying (on or off property) and when you arrive/depart. It might help if you could pick-up the car from an off-property site (Dollar has a rental place near DTD).
