    Goulash

Here's one even the kids will eat.

    1 lb. hamburger
    one small onion, chopped
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    3 T. Chili Mix
    1 qt. tomatoes (mashed)
1 small pkg. cheddar cheese (shredded)
1-1 1/2 cups of small elbow macaroni

Brown hamburger, onions, salt and pepper; drain. Add chili mix; tomatoes and cheese. Cook macaroni in a separate pan according to package directions and drain. Add macaroni to hamburger mixture and simmer until juice is absorbed.

    I do something very similar

    1-2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup cooked pasta --I use penne
    jar spaghetti sauce
    garlic powder to taste

Brown beef and drain. Mix in large casserole with pasta and spaghetti sauce. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Pour small package of mozarella cheese on top and stick back in oven until cheese melted and casserole bubbling.

Real easy and guys love it.
