Quick help needed. Which meal plans with which hotel?

Trying to plan a trip for my friend for this summer and it includes the free h/b plan, but which one do you get at each hotel?

DLH is the premium.
Is it premium at HNY also?
Is it plus at SL?

Premium only covers DLH. Plus is HNY, NPB and SL. Standard covers CH and SF. Think you also get standard at DCR.

Can you pay the difference to upgrade like you can at WDW when you get free dining?

They won't let you upgrade from standard to plus or plus to premium but they will let you pay the difference to upgrade from HB to FB.

We're going in a few weeks and staying at SF and we have the half board plus - it's worth getting over the standard, larger choice of places to each including cafe mickey!
