Queen beds

I'm a cruise novice. Just checking prices for cruises to AK, and the listing for category 9 rooms says "queen bed or 2 twin beds." How do you know if you are getting a queen or 2 twin beds? Can you request the queen bed, and if so is that usually honored?

All the beds on the Magic and Wonder are set up standard as queen...if you needed two twins they would split the bed for you.
