Never tried to get an ice cream or coffee, but we were able to get all the pastries as options at Movies so I am assuming Sports would be the same. We were also able to get fruit and yogurt as desserts.

It looks like almost everything on your list. I know any of the pastries are, and I know that ice cream sundaes are. We were also able to get a brownie sundae once as a snack credit (I'm not sure if that's usual or not though, since we only did it once.)

It's usually anything under $4.00, so I'm not sure about the ice cream cookie sandwich, and I'm guessing no on the double scoop waffle cone, as I don't think it counts at the Plaza at MK.
