I use realtor.com - I can generally get a lot of information from there

You could check out owners.com there are vacant properties as well as homes for sale by owners. I've got a vacant lot listed on there that is in Kill Devil Hills NC. The search engine is a little weird, just search the area you are interested in and it will return both vacant property and existing homes in the same list. Since you're looking yourself, thought I'd make the suggestion to check out the "for sale by owner" sites to avoid the real estate agent fees.

My dad has 7.2 acres right next door to me, and 8 or more acres down the road. DH's aunt has 50 acres further down the road...which one do ya want? :rotfl:

Try Sky Valley, Georgia. I think they handle all their RE sales. If not, see if you can find a remax listing in that area (Dillard)
