Property across from POP

I saw some pictures from another thread on here of POP Century. Across the lake, at the end of the bridge. There are, what look like shaps that are like the Ones that are over on the POP( the buildings) side. Was this an old hotel or something?
Just curious if anyone knows?

It is the beginning of the next phase of POP the legendary years i think it was going to be called. They started it just before the downturn in the travel industry post 9/11. Construction stopped because of the decrease in tourism. Now that things are getting better people like me are hopeful that they continue with the project.
