Problems with 800 number?

    I keep getting the engaged tone, anyone else getting the same??

    I was getting the same. Then when I finally got through I got a message that the system used make dining reservations is down and to call back tomorrow.

    I was checking on a wait list so I proceeded through the steps and was holding. Then I found out the wait time was about 20 minutes, so I hung up. This is the second time I have called within 2 weeks and the wait time was over 15 minutes. What gives? :confused3

    People are making their reservations for next December, this is always a huge call volume time of year.

    As the previous poster indicated, this historically is pretty normal for this booking season.

    On top of December booking the MS person I spoke to said they are fielding a lot of RCI requests. I guess these type of requests to trade out are time consuming. They also had 120 people on hold when I was speaking to her........
