Is this a good rate, the best rate I can do?

I haven't been to the parks in a long time and have gotten out of the habit of finding the good bargains.

That's the best rate that you'll get for the free dining offer. The rooms are at the rack rate for value season and the tickets will be at Disney's advance-purchase price. Really, the only places to save any money would be to drop the hopping option, which would save you about $85 for 2 people or to choose a value resort instead.

For 2 people, 8 nights and a moderate resort plus dining, I think that $1750 is a bargain. You're spending less than $110 pp per night for lodging, food and entertainment. Not bad.
