I googled it and found these:

Now I know my ABC's, colors, shapes and days
I learned some poems, sang some songs, rhymes and fingerplays
I played outside on sunny days and inside when it rained
My little hands and little feet were busy everyday.
My teacher was (teacher's name here), I kept her on her toes
She combed my hair, tied my shoes and even wiped my nose.
But now it's time to say good-bye to all my preschool friends.
School is over, summers here, but learning never ends!!!

Do you remember way last fall
when we were only just this tall?
Now look at us, we're up to here
And my we've learned a lot this year
But this is the beginning not the end
Because we made so many friends
    We won't be sad
    We will remember
We'll see each other in September!

Maybe part of "Oh the places you'll go" by Dr. Seuss?

What a great idea. I would never have thought about a preschool graduation poem.
