    Friends I need your help!!!

Whilst at MGM/Prime Time Cafe last summer we all tucked into the Pot Roast (Me DH and 2XDS)....it was melt in your mouth and my favourite dish ever!! :worship:

They also all enjoyed it but as I had a few of their cocktails I stupidly said 'I could cook this without a problem'. My DH often reminds me of my comment and today we had a loud discussion (ahem!!) as he was so sarcastic that I cant do it!!

Please need you help anyone tried to do a pot roast?? I dont have a slow cooker but DH's birthday is coming up......I REALLY want to swipe that sarcastic smile of his face but have no clue were to start as my basic cooking skillas are not the best!!...Please any help would be great!!

Jane ~ It's beef stock cubes. Most supermarkets have beef bouillion in pouches next to the stock cubes.

I've re-created quite a few of the WDW recipes at home. Le Cellier's Cheddar Cheese soup worked out really well :thumbsup2
