Port Orleans Internet Access

Just read on WDWIG's weekly newsletter that there is now high speed internet access available at P.O., but what does this mean? Are there shared terminals in a public area? WiFi access? Jack socket in room? If the latter, will I need an account with a local ISP to use the facility?

Hope someone who's been recently can help out with info as I would find this really useful.
