POR Renovations

When are the renovations going to start at POR? Does anyone know what buildings will be done first. The new princess rooms are to done by Mar 23012...are they to be in the Mansions? I am planning Jan 2012 and would love a renovated room but we want AB...what are the chances??????

There is an overall schedule released by Disney, but no order.

They have taken out a building permit for Parterre Place.
