Two more sleeps until we arrive at POP!! Terrified about the flying part, but will be super excited once our plane touches down :cheer2:

DS8 and DD4 are going to love all the icons and DH an I will have fun trying to explain them all to them!

Thanks to everyone for all the tips on this fantastic thread!!

ENJOY!! It's a Blast! Love staying there! Can't wait until I go back!! 24 days for me...
Sorry to hear that you are so stressed about flying! :( I love it other than it is so painful for me to have to sit still for so long... I hope you can destress and enjoy the travel a little! Just think about where you are going!! YAY!!! Hope you have a great trip!! :)

Do they have fun drinks at the pool? Our arrival day looks to be warm and I am sure a tasty beverage by the pool after a day of travel will be most welcome. :goodvibes

I will be getting there at 10-1030 at night. Will I still be able to get a little something to eat before all the good stuff is closed? I know they are open until 12, but does that mean I can get a hamburger at 1045-11?

Knik... I do not like flying either (and our trip is just over 2 hrs)...but need to do it to get to my favorite place :goodvibes one thing...we usually depart early in the AM, and I just stay up thru the night packing so it makes it easier for me to doze on the plane. Realize you have 2 young ones that need attention... make sure to pack a portable DVD player. :) Try to think of all the great stuff waiting for you! :cool1:

that's what I do too!! :goodvibes

The Petals Bar by the pool opens at noon and the closing time varies quite a bit. During when we were there for spring break or in the summer, it seemed to stay open pretty late. During low crowds, it closes earlier.

There used to be a bar inside by the bakery/ice cream area of the food court at Everything Pop, but it closed quite some time ago.

Returning to Pop for my bday trip in May. I put a request when I made my reservation for a King bed but we want a non-handicapped room. I reviewed the chart on the first page for locations. Did I read it right? King beds/standard rooms are in:

    50s Bldg 2
    60s Bldg 4
    70s Bldg 6
    80s Bldg 9
    90s Bldg 8

If we do online check in what is the best way to list this as a request?

    Thanks, Amy

Looking forward to my trip March 6 thru 12!

I'm going to be decorating my door and window. If you happen to find me feel free to say hi on the board I'm putting on my door.

    Two luggage/storage questions:
    - After one night at POP, I switch to BLT. I know Disney will transfer the bags for me, but do I need to take them to Classic Hall myself in the morning, or can they be picked up from the room? And if they can be picked up from the room, how early? I would like to get an early start.
    - I'm having a stroller delivered on arrival day. Can I leave it with bell services overnight and only pick it up in the morning (as I head to the park)? I have no need for the stroller on arrival day, but want it available first thing the next morning.
    Thanks!

Yes, you can call Bell services to come and pick your luggage up from your room. How early will depend on their availabilty that morning when you call. So the earlier you call, the better for you if you want early pick up.
If I were you, I probably wouldn't wait until the morning to pick up the stroller if you want it first thing. Bell services can be very busy at that time. I would go grab it shortly before bed. It'll also give you the chance to make sure it was delivered! Just my .02. But that way you're not held up trying to get your day at the park started!
