On our upcoming WDW Ressie it lists a $15 Voucher for Planet Hollywood. We've never been there & since we are on the Dining Plan will never need to eat an entire meal there.

Has anyone here gotten this voucher before? Can it be used on an alcoholic drink, or only food/non-alcoholic bevs?? I was thinking it might be neat to go into the bar area for a drink one night while at DTD, otherwise the voucher will likely go unused. TIA for any info you can give me!! :)

We got one of those vouchers on our trip a month ago.

I'm 99% sure it was not valid for alcoholic beverages. :sad1:

can you do dessert take out here with the voucher? I have one also, but do not want to waste a meal at Planet Hollywood.

Love the idea of doing a dessert take out. Hope it works! If not, we'll use the voucher for an appetizer.

I have received those in the past. One was for money off of a meal and the last one we used Sept. 1996 was for a free entree. They gave the choice of three different entrees with one voucher.

Hope this helps. I don't know if it has changed. It was printed on the voucher.

The voucher I have is for $15 off. Our thought was to use it for a free appetizer or desserts and buy our own drinks. We've never been in there, and to be honest, based on the reviews around here, I'm not overly anxious...but $15 might get us a little snack one afternoon or evening when we don't have anything else booked!?

I'm pretty sure you can't use it for drinks. I'm going to attempt to get some appetizers to take back to the room (love the Chicken Crunch!) by going to the bar and ordering it.

We used the voucher last year and were pleasently surprised. We were able to walk right up for a table of two on a Sat night. Apparently they had a lot of tables for two open and not much for big groups, whcih seemed to be the trend. It was loud and vibrant in there, but we liked it. Dh had an awesome burger and I had an awesome turkey burger. Our waitress was fantastic and our food came super quick.

If I were you I would use it for the dessert or an appetizer, and then pay for your drinks OOP. It's a fun time!

Ok found the answer to your ? from the WDW website:
