2 Questions on 3 night Dream Pirate night:
    1. Do people wear costumes to dinner?
    2. If so, are jeans acceptable for men and boys (on pirate night).

We weren't going to go all out. Kids will dress up and I was thinking about the adults wearing red and black.
    Thanks!

    1. YES!!! I saw many cool ones.
    2. This can be a touchy subject, but I did and didn't feel looked down on.

I'm not for dressing up, all I wore was the bandana they gave away that morning.

My husband wears jeans on pirate night along with his pirate shirt. He has done this on more than one cruise and this has never been a problem. Hope this helps.

Jeans are fine for pirate night or any cruise casual night. Cruise casual requests no shorts, doesn't exclude jeans.

For the record, DH wears shorts on pirate night with his pirate short.

You will be given bandanas in your room. They should be there once your room is made up for the day prior to heading out for the evening. Lots of people were in full costumes and yes, jeans at dinner that evening were fine. We just finished the Dream over Christmas for five days. We ordered Christmas pirate shirts (I know!) online at Amazon. The company was Cafe Press. The shirts had candy cane crossbones. All three of us wore these and our bandanas and our table mates did similar outfits. Very fun!
