Cooking Pinot Noir Beurre Rogue from AP

Does anyone happen to have the recipe for the beurre rogue from Artist Point? It's the sauce that's usually on the salmon but I discovered it's amazing on the buffalo too. I've found lots of recipes for Beurre Rogue, but they're all a little different and a lot have of stuff I don't like (or don't think I like, maybe I do if the AP version had these things in it).
