What are five restaraunts you think my fiancee and I should not miss on our next trip to Walt Disney World. (We will not have children with us and we are 25 years old.)

Thanks!

My 5 favorites:

Crystal Palace (breakfast)
Chef Mickey's (breakfast)
Rainforest Cafe (lunch/dinner)
50's Prime Time (lunch/dinner)
Mama Melrose's (lunch/dinner)

I am 26 and DH is 34 and we have no kids. And, please keep in mind that we are not "adventurous" when it comes to eating. We like it simple

:p

California Grill, Narcoossee's, Jiko's, Chefs de France and Cinderella's Royal Table (for lunch or dinner but not breakfast).

Here's a nice five for you......

California Grille
Flying Fish
Palio
Maya Grille
Marrakesh

......I think these are a nice five for a young couple.

I am 26, DH is 37. I don't know what your budget is like, but I will give you my suggestions. We haven't been able to try any of the higher end restaurants (although we'd love to sometime). We just choose to use that extra money to extend our vacation over extra days. Our top 5 choices for you would be....

1.) 'Ohana at Poly for supper (ask for a window seat with the castle view)

2.) Boma at AKL for supper (great food, fabulous desserts)

3.) Castle at MK for lunch (try to get one of the earliest lunch PS's and you'll likely get a window seat)

4.) San Angel Inn at Epcot for lunch(this gets a bad rap on this board, but DH & I loved it. Again try to get one of the earliest seatings and you will be given a seat by the "river" and it won't be so crowded

5.) Spoodles at the BW for supper

OK....our favorite 5 are

1. O'Hana
2. Teppanyaki
3. Kona Cafe (breakfast)
4. Rainforest Cafe
5. Chef Mickey or Liberty Tree Tavern

My 5 favorites are

1) 'Ohana
2) Kona Cafe
3) Liberty Tree Tavern
4) Rainforest Cafe at DTD
5) Kona Cafe again just to have more of their fabulous desserts :teeth:

Ohanas
California Grill
Cinderella's (lunch or dinner)
Boma
A character meal

Brown Derby-lunch (MGM day)
Teppanyaki-lunch (Epcot day)
California Grill-dinner/fireworks (MK day)
Boma-dinner (AK day)
Flying Fish

5 GOOD CHOICES

1) OHANAS-WINDOW SEAT FOR MK FIREWORKS
2) CRYSTAL PALACE
3) LECELLIERS
4) ESPN-LUNCH
5) LIBERTY TREE TAVERN

ENJOY!:bounce:

Going to find lots of choices.
High budget:
Victoria and Alberts
California Grill
Artist Point
Jiko
Shulas or Yachtsman Steakhouse for steak. Flying Fish for Seafood

Other alternatives:
Boma
Palio( Romantic Italian)
Les Chefs de France
Cinderellas Royal Table
Narcoosees

Whatever you decide have a wonderful time.:)

I'm with madcoco on the 5 high end spots. If V&A is simply out of your price range, I'd substitute Narcoosee's.

If you find yourselves at DD one evening, Portobello yacht Club is a nice spot.

The following are some of our family's favorites:

California Grill (dinner)
Le Cellier (lunch or dinner)
Hollywood Brown Derby (lunch)
Cape May Cafe (character breakfast)
Coral Reef (lunch)

Have a great trip,
Sarah

Crystal Palace - Breakfast
Hollywood & Vine - Lunch
Cape May Cafe - Dinner
Liberty Tree Tavern - Dinner
Rainforest Cafe - Lunch/Dinner
Cantina de San Angel - Lunch/Dinner

Hope this helps!

Some of our favorites for dinner are: Flying Fish. Narcoosee, Artist Point, Chefs de France and Boma or Jiko.

For character breakfast we enjoy Cape May or Crystal Palace.

1) Narcoosee's
2) Cape May Cafe Clam Bake
3) 50's Prime Time Cafe
4) Le Cellier
5) either 1900 Park Faire breakfast, or Hollywood and Vine lunch for your character meals!

We just got back and as usual, were at a loss for where to eat. We did the 1900 Park Faire dinner buffet - big mistake! For almost the same money, we ate at Spoodles - it was wonderful. So wonderful, in fact, that we ate there again the next night. We also ate dinner at Teppanyki. This was also a good choice for us. We would have tried Shula's but we have three rugrats and DH did not feel like it would have been a good match. Spoodles was loud enough that even if the rrs had decided to misbehave, no one would have noticed.

So, I only have two recommendations (sorry)

Spoodles
Teppanyki

Good luck

Ahhh, you sound like us on our honeymoon and 1st anniversary trip!

Our faves:
1.(hands down) Wolfgang Puck, we cant' get enough of this restaurant!
2. Fulton's Crab House
3. Hollywood and Vince(character meal, do a late lunch the food is fantastic and the characters are old hollywood style making for a neat atmosphere)
4. Chef Mickey's(great food for dinner)
5. Tie Crytal Palace and 1900's Park Faire in the Grande Floridian

* honorable mention The House of Blue's Sunday Brunch
