I never really thought about doing something like this. I love it and will have to give it a try this year. Thanks for all the shares! I have some ideas floating around in my head now.

We stayed at Pop Century in the 60's building. Here's my groovy window:

I saw yours, I think! Were you on the ground floor of building 4, facing the hippy dippy pool? I was on the lakeview side of the same building from the 11th to 15th.

No. I was 4th floor, lake view so no one would have seen it even if I had. I just had a magnet nametag/sign on my door that one of the friends I was down there to meet with made for our whole group.

Great Room decorations everyone. I was just wondering if guests are allowed to use scotch tape on the windows? Thanks.

No tape allowed. We used suction cups.

It took about 45 minutes to lay out what ever pattern I wanted because I didn't want a single one the same. Then I had to pair up the mickeys since they are double sides and then thread everything :)

We use them now at Christmas time in our windows.

Here's pictures from my trip last September! Just found this thread again and remembered I hadn't posted. We stayed at All-Star Movies in the Toy Story section. our room faced some trees and a service road so I don't think many people saw our decorations but we didn't care they made us happy! :)

I made them from the mickey head paint samples and ribbon and then cut out the letters from cardstock. It's called "The Peppers Patch" cause that's our last name. Of course I had to have some DIS green mickey heads too. And then we picked our fav characters and our names and printed them onto magnetic sheets to stick on our doors.

All of these look great :yay: ! This will be our first trip to Disney and I would love to be able to decorate our windows. I was wondering how everyone hung the decorations. I saw that someone posted that you could not use tape....Thank you!

Could I get a few pointers on the best way to stick up a banner in the window and maybe a few other bits? Obviously NO sticky products (Shame, Command Strips would do the trick but I don't want to annoy the Mousekeepers), maybe suction cups?

I want to decorate our window at CBR because it'll be Mum's birthday when we're there and also so we can find our room at night!

Also, what does the outside of a CBR room look like? Just the one window or are there more then one?

We are going to Disney World in August for my son's birthday :cheer2:. We are staying at Saratoga Springs. Do they allow window decorating at this hotel?
