I did the $99.95 preorder and then cancelled and tried to use the additional $20 off code a while back. No go. So I reordered for $99.95 under my other email address, setting up a new Photopass account. Today my credit card bill came with two $99.95 Photopass charges, even though I received a call from Photopass saying one was cancelled. Nothing on my bill reflects a credit. And both of my Photopass accounts show I have preorder credits. Has anyone else ever had problems trying to get one to cancel? I called again and the man I spoke to once again supposedly cancelled and credited one back to me. I am not too confident, though! Guess that is what I get for trying to save even more money, and don't ask me why I made a new account, but it probably just mucks it up even more.
