Is cross-posting to micro 4/3 and mirrorless ok?

Norfolk Southern's "newest" locomotive draws a crowd wherever she goes. 630 is a 108 year old Consolidation, just back from a 10 year restoration and is currently touring the Southeast.

Kelly, thank you very much for your comment. I wish I had more time to shoot, I'm still in the beginning stage of learning.

Bob, you're definitely welcome here. I always check out your photos on the M4/3 thread. I'm actually really impressed by the photos I see from the M4/3, especially that new OM-D.

Nex 7 + Nikon 100 f2.8 Series E. I just picked up this lens from Ebay for $100 shipped. I thought I paid too much after I ordered it, but today when I got the lens I realized it's really a little gem. For a 100mm lens, it's really small(smaller and lighter than my Minolta 50 f1.4) and it's really sharp at 2.8 with no light falloff. I added the vingette in PP.

Some shots from the new Olympus OMD E-M5. All are JPEGS straight out of camera.

DizzyV6P, great shots. I've heard that the OM-D is one great camera. I especially like that sunset shot!

Believe it or not, I shot that one in the "IAuto" setting. I continue to be amazed by the JPEGS that come out of this camera. I tried messing around w/ the RAW data on some of those shots and gave up on quite a few since the JPEGS ended up looking better than my RAW edits. I used Corel's Aftershot Pro (formerly Bibble 5) to do the RAW edits. I'll show comparisons in another thread between the JPEGS and the RAW edits I could come up with.

Needless to say, I love this camera. I sold my entire Canon kit to fund the E-M5 purchase. Its much lighter and my shoulder and back thanks me for doing it!
