Phone lines

    I have been on hold for 2 1/2 hours trying to cancel a room reservation......I am about to lose my mind.......I finally hung up because I have to get ready to be somewhere. This has been like this for over a week!!

    I called last week to get reservations using my Mom's Disney Visa Card and it took me almost 5 hours to get someone on the other end!!!

    Why not just cancel it online?

    the websites have been a disaster for 2 weeks. the phone lines won't get better until they fix the websites.

    Wow, I waited just a little over an hour today to switch from POP to CSR and I thought that was bad!

    I was just venting last night because of the wait times when calling in. Would be nice to not wait on hold and having 4 children, it's not so easy to call at any time of the day. I feel your frustration! :rolleyes2
