Is there a phone number to physically speak to someone? I put my order in on 12/29 and was shipped out the next day. I still have not received it. It is sitting in some "sortation" center about 50 miles away and has been there for 3 days for crying out loud! I have sent them an email to explain my disappointment and disgust in the $9.50 s/h charge for something I haven't received in almost 2 weeks. No response yet so I was wondering if they had a phone # for customer service.
