When you book on board for a future cruise, does DCL take credit card payment for the down payment or charge it to your KTTW card?

When I rebooked I was asked if I wanted to use the credit card on file or another one.

Same here. I usually use a different card for the new booking.

We just rebooked while onboard the Magic last week. We used the credit card that they had on file, but the charges were not put on our shipboard account. The rebooking fee did not show up on my online credit card account until yesterday.

When I booked on board they didn't ask, they just put it on my Disney Visa card, which is what I was using for ship charges, since that would then qualify for the 6 months % interest promotion.

We used a check - the ones from a credit card that gives us no interest for however many months.

We used the same credit card that was on our KTTW card but the rebooking deposits don't appear on your onboard charges. They took about one billing cycle to appear on our credit card account.
