PAP Discount

Any word on whether there will be one this year or not? My PAP expires 8/17/15 my trip is on 10/31 so if I don't renew by 8/30 I wont be able to make FP+ at 60 days out because I will not have a valid Theme Park ticket. I could chance it and wait to see if a discount comes out prior to 9/16 which would be the last day I could get the renewal rate. What to do? What to do?

Premium Annual Pass $779 plus tax $649 plus tax $130
Premium Annual Pass Renewal $659 plus tax $549 plus tax $110

don't really think it will be better. certainly can not say for sure.
