So it's back to healthy eating for me. I've managed to hit an all time record high by living off restaurant/carry out/fast food meals. Step one is to PURGE THE KITCHEN...not only of unhealthy items, but of things that have been sitting in the cupboard for YEARS. Step two is where I'm looking for ideas.
