There was someone on my pre-trip report who said she likes reading other's packing lists to get tips for her own packing. I have looked and didn't see a post for this, so I thought I woud start one. If there is a post, please disregard and I aplogize for starting another. If there isn't one, let's post our packing lists. Maybe someone has a good tip that could help your trip go much smoother. Also, please post who you will be packing for, ages (if you want) and when you will be going.

I'm getting close to my one month mark, at which time I will start getting lists ready.. but these are a great start! I never remember to pack an outfit in my carry-on stuff, just in case!! Or a BATHING SUIT.. what a great idea!

I'll be sure to add mine to the thread. In the meantime, can anyone else post their's? I love getting ideas and reminders!

    Thanks for the helpful thread:thumbsup2

Also can be used to close the curtains tight if you're one of those who can't stand a peep of sunshine in the room.... (I have a friend who does this for that exact reason!)

Or for pinching the nose come laundry day.... :rotfl2: :lmao:

I wish I could take credit for it but can't. I got it off the "Things you wish you knew before you went" (or close to the title) thread.

Face it, I'm an honest Sith! :rotfl2:

I actually printed off that comprehensive list and then crossed off anything I would not use. It gives me a good start as to what else I need to get for our trip!

Okay...this may sound dumb to most people but I always pack an emergency candle, a scented candle (for musty smells in rooms) and a box of wooden matches. Very small items to pack and we've used the scented on EVERY trip and have even needed to use the emergency taper once (in Mexico).
