7:10 at BOG. We will make it to dinner in time?
How long should we expect to be with Anna and Elsa?
It was the only time frame just now at midnight I could get.
How far of a walk to BOG?

No, you won't make it in time. You are supposed to check in to your reservations 15 mintues before your res time, so you should be checking in to BOG at 6:55.
You need to pick one or the other.

OK. I guess we can just get to Anna and Elsa early, and wait 45 minutes on regular line? We go in September. Oh well....:(

I would try for a better time but don't sweat it. You can get in line for your FP+ 5 mins early. And while they prefer you check in for your ADR early, it's not required. The chances they would cancel your ADR for showing up 5-10 mins late is extremely small. In your shoes I would do this with no worries. Worst case can you send hubby to check in at the restaurant while you do the A&E meet and greet with the kids?

Cool! How long will we actually be with Anna and Elsa, and how far is the walk in minutes to BOG? If we can get out of anna and Elsa by 7:05 I would think we would OK.

It COULD wind up with you running a bit to quite late for your ADR for a myriad of reasons...but chances are you'll squeak it in all right.

I think you will be fine, we had the same thing last year. They let us in to A&E 5 min early.
We barely made it though because the fam in front of us spent a lot of time with the ladies...We are a 'hi, how are you, autograph, pic...move on family'

I agree that you will be fine. It is not a long walk from A&E to BOG. We had 6 table service meals on our 2014 visit and didn't arrive 15 minutes early to any of them--I somehow missed that piece of information before we went, and no one said anything to us about it. I was at WDW last week and checked in for a Jungle Cruise FP 9 minutes early; we were there and decided to give it a try rather than waiting. The CM said, "Oh, you're only 9 minutes early, so we'll let you go on in." So based on that, I would try getting to your A&E FP about 10 minutes early to see if the CM will let you in a bit early so you don't feel so rushed. Have fun!

When we did BOG lunch, they wouldn't allow us to check in until 5 minutes before our ADR.

I disagree with this. While alot of ADRs tell you 15 minutes prior, BOG your lucky if they let you check in 5 minutes prior esp. for dinner and you can check in as late as 15 minutes after your ADR time. Plus you can get into your A&E FP 5 minutes early and it'll take maybe 10-15 minutes to get through.

All the above is at least from my personal experience. You'll be fine! Enjoy!

We have been checking in 5 minutes early all week at multiple restaurants including BOG and haven't had a problem. Just our experience. YMMV.

With the wait for the table after check in, you probably could check in before heading to A&E......sorry, probably not a good idea.

I would go to the check in for BOG at 6:35 and let them know you are heading to for a 6:45 A&E FP+ and would be a few minutes late. You have a grace period of 15 mins and more than likely you will finish A&E in 30 mins.

With BOG I wouldn't chance it. You are suppose to check in 15 minutes before your reservation.

Its 15 minutes one way or the other on reservations and BOG is no different. You will be fine.

I wouldn't chance it that close. If everything goes perfect you will make it fine, but if there is any kind of hold up, you will miss your ADR. They don't have to hold it more than 15 min past your time, and at BOG they likely won't hold it longer than that.

They won't allow her husband to check in at the restaurant without the whole family being present.

I wouldn't chance it. You may make it, you may be seated late, or you may be told you missed your ADR window. If you miss it, you will also be charged the $10 per person no show fee.

They will not turn you away if you show up right on time to BOG. While arriving early is suggested, not doing that won't cause a problem other than delaying the time you are seated. There is no penalty for showing up on time.

While I don't have a clue of if you could make it...I only went into the FP line once with a member if my family who had DAS and it ended up being a (rare) literal FP walk on as we were the next people to show up and added to a group sent in already...with the 5 minutes early grace period on FP+, you still have 20 minutes to do something that is a minute away from BOG.

Personally, I would be totally fine risking it due to the close proximity of the two places and the 20 minute spread.

I would even send my husband ahead once A& E were complete to get into the check in line or at least linger close by it until we catch up.

I would park any strollers at Storytime with Belle since strollers wouldn't be parked near the A & E exit anyway. This will save any time needed to move the stroller.

When you get to your resort see if they can't get you a better time for A&E. In June I was making reservations for the Pirates and Pals cruise and the concierage(sp) asked if he could look up my fastpasses. He was able to change all of them for AK from afternoon not so good times to great morning times. We ended up with Safari at 9:10, Lion King at 10:10 and Kali River Rapids at 11:10. We had an ADR at Rainforest for 1:30 and were finished with what we wanted to do at AK so left after lunch.
