Has anyone been to LTT lately?
I just saw a copy of the menu online - and my beloved William Penn Pasta is back on the menu, but my Ooey Gooey Toffee cake seems to be missing from the menu - this is the ONLY reason for going, please say it isnt so?

Please say it's not discontinued. It's my favorite dessert in all WDW. Here's a picture when we had it in October-

If you go to www.waltdisneyworld.com - the official Disney website put out by Disney - you can look at full menus on there. Disney does have it listed on their website menu so I think you're good.

I've always wanted to try a LTT lunch just for this dessert - it looks so good! But a lunch there has yet to happen. :sad2:

We also had it just a few weeks ago so I think you are good as they had just made a menu change a few weeks before we went. The new chocolate terrine dessert was to die for....

It was there last week but it was not as good as the last few times. So disappointed but it's one of the few things that did disappoint last week in all our 8 days of lunch and dinner TS so I was okay.

I'm hoping LTT means Liberty Tree Tavern- because I will definitely try that dessert.

I've had some really great Sticky Toffie Pudding in the past and I was thinking this would be similar. It wasn't and I didn't care much for it. Maybe I just got a bad one.

For anyone who has had Starbucks Toffee Almond Bar, this sounds so much like that. Is it similar?

Oh toffee almond bars! I LOOOOOOOOOVE those, but sadly, I didn't find this dessert to be like that at all. Its much more dense and rich. I found the ooey gooey toffee cake to be almost sickeningly sweet in comparison.

Just an FYI, if you are really missing it, it's very easy to make! And there are different variations for it. Do a search on Paula Dean's Ooey Gooey Cake.

I had this in September and I fell in love with it. I will be so disappointed if they took it off of their menu because we are returning there for lunch and I am really looking forward to my Colony Salad and this dessert
