Only 9# to goal and getting discouraged!

    I'm not even losing a pound a week anymore and it's so frustrating! I've been counting calories since Oct and have lost about 30#. I've been stuck on 119 for 2 weeks! My plan is good ole fashioned calorie counting, and I've been staying under 1100/day since Oct. Goal is 110. And I'm only 5'1.

    Any advice or words of encouragement?

    Maybe your body has gotten used to that amount of calories & you might need to mix it up a little. Add more exercise & maybe add in some calories too. I know that goes against the diet mentality, but when your body gets used to being efficient with a certain amount adding some (some not tons) can rev up your metabolism. Good luck!

    Hi Pug,
    Don't give up. I was 10#s from my goal 2 yrs. ago and gained back 25 of the 30 that I lost. You CAN do this. We are all here to make sure you do, cause the 2nd. time around is not easy at all. I can;t even lose my 1st 10# AGAIN. Good Luck. :Pinkbounc
