Online check in down??

    We are at our 60 day mark and trying to do online check in but every time we get to the last page to check in we get an error. " sorry we are unable to complete your online check in at this time" anyone else getting or seen this? Thanks

    I know they went through a bunch of system updates yesterday - maybe it's still being quirky.

    Try heading to mydisneyreservation.com and doing it that way instead of through MDE.

    I am having the same problems with it. I was already checked in online, but wanted to go in and modify my check-in to see if MBs opened up for me.
    Half way thru the checkin modification, I get the error message saying please try again later.

    I was afraid I broke something :sad:

    I got that all day today, but apparently despite the error messages the online check in went though. I got a text that confirmed my notification number for when the room is ready and I noticed that when I logged out and then logged back in it now says modify check in rather than online check in available.

    Still unable to modify my online check-in today without error messages. Anyone else?

    We tried to do it yesterday to but we got the error message at the end a couple of times. So today I tried again and it said that someone else (DS) had already done online check in. But when I tried to modify it and put my CC instead of his in I got the error message again. This is so frustrating.

    I am also having this issue. When I do the "try again" it seems to have my info saved, but just wont complete the process.

    This site did work thanks. But if I try to modify on the current site I still get the error message

    I tried the Online Check in last night, got to the end, and ran into the error message. It changed to "Modify Check In" for me as well, but I have continued to run into issues.
    I called online support and they asked me to try mydisneyreservation.com as well, but it says it was down as well.

    So frustrating!:mad:

    BUT, my hope is that this means they are updating MDE because Fastpass+ is going live to all.

    I'm trying to do online check in for my vacation that starts on 10/19/13 & I've been getting the same error messages. I went through http://mydisneyreservation.com & it seemed to work. It didn't give me an option to set a PIN, though. Is anyone else having problems?

    Yes, same here. mydisneyreservation.com does not give the option to set a PIN.

    I even tried 3 different web browsers, and got the same error as everyone else.

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues too, but glad that I'm not the only one. I guess we'll see what happens when we check in at the resort!

    I've been having the same issue too. I've been trying since Saturday. I hope it gets straightened out. I want to order personalized MBs. I don't want gray ones. Not to mention I want to be able to select FP+.

    It should not affect your MB or fastpass+. I was able to do both and have been getting the error message for 29 days (I have tried every one of those days). My MB seemed to open a few days after others but it did finally open.

    I have been getting this error for two weeks. Has anybody tried contacting IT to see what's going on?
