I booked a dummy date in July of last year, then went and changed the date for this April. I was expecting to see on the price breakdown a $200 credit (which I thought you got if you booked on board, $100 for a smaller cruise and $200 for a week). I can't see the on board credit listed anywhere. Should I be worried? Should I call? I was going to use the OBC for a week for Mom and I in the Rainforest Room (special birthday treat).

You won't see it online. I had the same concerns and called. They assured me it was there, and, indeed, when we got onboard, there was a card indicating that we had OBC.

For whatever reason they do not show the OBC on the DCL site.:confused3

On your reservation confirmation it'll say: "Onboard Booking: Includes a non-refundable, non-transferable stateroom onboard credit." But you can definitely always give DCL a call and they'll be able to confirm it for you.
