My 13 year old would like to eat of the kids menu at Le Celler.
We have DDP but I will pay for it OOPs.Would this be allowed?

Depends, does the child look older? My DS is small, and we frequently order him from the child's menu.

You don't need to pay for it OOP unless you want to. My DD10 and her BFF10 were able to get apps and dessert off the adult menu and entree off the kids menu at LeCellier and Mama Melrose. If your child likes to have an appetizer (salad or whatever) I'd use the DDP because he will love the dessert (Smores or Chocolate Moose).
