For those who have done both, which do you prefer and why?

That's a tough one as they are both great and we have done both in one trip :). But if I had to choose, I think my choice would be breakfast ;).

I agree with PP. We love both, but the breakfast is great. My only issue with dinner is how long it takes. We didn't get out of there for almost 2 hours - our longest meal by far. Plus it can take a while to be seated (but that goes for both - or any character meal for that matter). I hope our dinner goes much faster on our trip in about 37 days! We are doing both again!

    Breakfast. :)

We only did dinner once and didn't enjoy it. Several reasons.

We have however, done breakfast 3 times (I think).Always on our last day-a day we don't do the parks.

    'OHana does not serve lunch.
I like dinner here, But expect to wait - maybe a long time - to be seated. We also plan on close to 2 hours for dinner here
    Enjoy

The only reason I enjoyed dinner was for the cocktails and the dessert :lmao:

Breakfast was very good, we were staying at the Poly so I booked the earliest breakast (I think 7am?) and we had a great time. The food was excellent and we were able to get a pressed pot of coffee from Kona which they didnt charge us for. The food was hot and fresh and plenty of it.

Loved having a early morning sunny view out the windows and a big mouthful of that fantastic pineapple bread!

We never eat big breakfasts at WDW so the choice is simple for us. Add to that we love the dinner so it is extra simple.
