Oh It's A Jolly Holiday With Katie! - Beach Club / Grand Floridian

i'm joining in! sounds like a great trip so far! i'm excited to read more!

Hey Lori !!! :welcome: and :thanks: !!! Glad to have you here! Keep an eye out for yourself in the background of my pictures :goodvibes

Best trip report I have read - defo keen to hear more :thumbsup2

Hey, WELCOME! Aww, thanks so much!! That means a lot :) This is my first trip report, so I'm still relatively unfamiliar with what kinds of things people like and dislike, amount of detail to include etc. I'm just sort of writing EVERYTHING that I want to remember !! But I'm really glad you like it :goodvibes

I love your trip report! This time next week, my family will be there and your trip is feeding my Disney frenzy!!!! I'm also partial to your report because my 7 year old is also named Katie! :goodvibes

Hello and thanks so much! Oh my gosh, NEXT WEEK !! That's so exciting, I'm super jealous :thumbsup2 I hope you have an amazing trip, leave me a message if you decide to do a TR, I'd love to have a read :goodvibes and *HIGH FIVE* to Katie!! I bet she's so excited :yay:

Oh my gosh Katie, I'm SO IN! You're so cute and funny! Just read the intro and will be back to read the rest :goodvibes:cool1:

So i'm all caught up now!

Aw love that Phil Collins song!

I used to love travel day! But now with a kid, it's so much more hectic and stressed.. guess it just adds to the excitement! :hyper:

Ooh the countryside looks gorgeous from your train ride.

:lmao:Love that he bought extra underwear. Never know when you might need it!

I'm reading your TR with my DS in my lap and get to the part where your food arrives on the plane and he points and says the only word he pretty much knows..."Mmm-MMM!" :rotfl2:

I always put bright colored scarves around the handles of our luggage (DH absolutely HATES it -too girly, but then loves me when we have to collect it on the conveyor belt!

Aw you should have told them about the mishap with the chips/fries situation, i'm sure they would have remedied that.

JAFFA CAKES!!!! :faint: My dad introduced those to me when he went to Europe in 1997 and brought some back and fell in love with them! A shop at the coast that we visit used to sell these, but closed down years ago, so it's been at least 6 years since i've had them. I miss them.

I just loved your pictures and videos at RD! Haven't done that in quite a while.

Gaston is such a hoot! He is definitely amazing with everyone.

Thought i'd mention an easier way to reply to everyone...at the bottom of everyones reply, you'll see a button with a quotation mark and a plus sign like this "+...you hit that on everyones reply and it will let you reply within one reply (that's a lot of "reply's" :lmao:, sorry!) it's so much easier to do this than having to go back and copy and paste usernames, etc. I was doing the same thing as you a long time ago, until some told me how to do it!:goodvibes

Aw Alicia, thank you, that's so sweet!! And look at me doing the multiple quotes...!!!! THANK YOU. You are a hero! I could not figure out how people were doing this!

I can imagine travel day with a little monster being a bit more difficult. But I bet seeing his face once you get there makes it totally worth it! :goodvibes And I'm glad he liked the look of the plane food :rotfl: what a cutie

The scarves are a good idea, next time I'll give Jamie something bright and pretty to put on his case and I'll report what he thought about it :lmao:

Oh my goodness, I can't believe you love Jaffa Cakes!! What a shame you can't get them anymore. We're thinking about another WDW trip in 2015, so if it happens that you're out there at the same time, I'll bring some Jaffa Cakes for you! :rotfl:

And I absolutely loved meeting Gaston. I went back on my last day but he wasn't there :sad1: A while ago I actually searched for 'Gaston Magic Kingdom' on YouTube, there are some great clips of him! If I could, I swear I would just feed my WDW addiction by watching YouTube clips and reading trip reports ALL DAY! :goodvibes

Katie, I am so loving your trip report. We are going for two weeks next September, so I'm pretending to be you as I read. :)

Hey, thanks so much! :goodvibes yayy I bet you're counting down the days already! And actually, I might see you there! We are hoping to get out to WDW again next September, but my family and I already booked Disneyland Paris for the 14th - 18th. So we might wait until October. September is soooo quiet though, particularly right at the beginning (we were there 2nd - 16th) you'll have such a good time! :goodvibes:goodvibes

Subbing! This is a really good TR. You two make a very sweet couple :-) also, this TR is so funny! I loved the Full House gif at the beginning and then the comparison between crisps/chips/fries. LOL! Can't wait to read more.

Awesome report! I love Gaston so much, that "no ring" joke, haha! I'm not much for meeting characters on adult-only trips but he's definitely the exception, he's so awesome. Looking forward to reading more!

Day 2
(September 3rd 2014)

This is gonna be the best day of my liiiife!
My li-i-i-i-i-iiiife!
Ooo, oooo, oo, oo ooo.

Part 4 - Try the grey stuff, it's delicious. Don't believe me? Ask the dishes!

Next we paid a visit to the Haunted Mansion, but not before going through the castle to see the Cinderella mosaics.

18854634984_78f82c437f_c.jpg

I resent this photo-bombing trash-can getting in my shot. Am I the only one who can make out a stupid face that it's pulling just to mock me..?!

19290992319_9c2e495a02_c.jpg

Anastasia and Drizella are so sassy.

19481434481_994854868e_b.jpg

19290978299_53b6431806_c.jpg

In fact, everyone on these mosaics is sassy! Look at that couple on the left. They need to a warm hug from Olaf.

Haunted Mansion!

When I was a kid I was terrified of this. My mom said that I was REALLY freaked at the ghost that was sat next to me in the mirror at the end.
I literally never went into a "haunted house" kind of attraction at a theme park ever again. All the way up to Disneyland Paris 2009 (I was 17, and I still avoided it.)

BUT I FACED MY FEARS AT WDW - 2012.
AND AGAIN AT DISNEYLAND PARIS - 2013.
AND NOW, WDW - 2014.

And I came out alive.

(..OR DID I?)

And of course, I enjoyed it. Even at the age of 17, I really had no idea what it involved (I was 4 or 5 at the time of my freak out). I just remember being faced with absolute terror, so I always just avoided it.
But when I went on in 2012 I found it hilarious that I'd never really done it!

I was just being a chicken.

19290877159_5bacc48f56_o.gif

19481321221_5b9b3b6ce3_o.gif

Now JAWS at Universal Studios.

That is a different matter.
This is no silly Haunted Mansion type quirk.

I have actual lasting childhood trauma from the Jaws ride.

And I'm not even joking around, I have a serious shark phobia!
(I can't even Google the correct term for shark phobia, in fear of being confronted with a photo/thumbnail image of a shark..)

But I'll explain that one properly on a Universal Studios day!

We walked straight past the interactive queue and into the stretching room.
I enjoy the interactive queue, but not as much as I enjoy NOT QUEUEING.

19451043016_86c80404e5_b.jpg

The ballroom dancers in the Haunted Mansion amaze Jamie!
And I like the Grim Grinning Ghosts song.
We had a ghost on our doom buggy who swapped our heads over, which we found super funny!

(Not my video, but for anyone wondering,)

19476992005_3c2c9739ce_c.jpg

"Look scared!"

19238018180_d0c10532dd_c.jpg

We left the Haunted Mansion and had a rest and some water back at the Tangled area.

19290962899_d2819effe0_b.jpg

19289522708_c4511ae9f5_b.jpg

By now it was 11:35am - time to use our 11:25am fastpasses at Seven Dwarfs Mine Train!

19451006156_f5a1ea389a_b.jpg

We thought this ride was really cute, especially as everyone was singing along and clapping when we were down in the mine!!
Being in Fantasyland, it was never supposed to be a big thrill ride, but if you take it for what it is, I thought it was really nice.
And you get a great view of the new area!

19289518238_b2a51fe824_b.jpg

Next we made our way over to another favourite of mine..

Mickey's PhilharMagic!

19477065095_b9c0f358df_b.jpg

Ahhh, I LOVE the PhilharMagic!
I had to make sure we did it sooner rather than later, as it was going down for refurbishment part way through our trip.

I love the music and the smells and seeing Donald at the back of the theatre at the end!
It makes me seriously happy.

19477060005_95c9298d65_b.jpg

By the time we came out of the PhilharMagic it was just gone 12pm, and we had fastpasses for lunch at Be Our Guest at 12:10pm!

We had ordered our food in advance, so we skipped the queue and went straight to the register and paid, then went to find a seat.

Super speedy!

They can track where you're sat by your Magic Band too which is smart.

19477019495_df1f06ceaa_b.jpg

We took a seat by the windows on the left hand side. Check out the snow effect out of the windows!

19450966126_31952d8207_c.jpg

19481333771_3035c1858c_b.jpg

18854546854_0277ea5f8f_c.jpg

I had the turkey sandwich and Jamie had the roast beef sandwich.

Jamie always does this thing where he stares at my food and asks me if it's good. Then asks me what it tastes like, without breaking his stare.

It's safe to assume he wants to try some..!

We both preferred my turkey, although the beef was still good.

But the turkey sandwich is great!

We enjoyed it so much we actually got ourselves more lunch fastpasses for later in the trip!

19290905529_773a4bdb38_b.jpg

We also got a triple chocolate cupcake and a Master's cupcake and we both had half of each.

19450954606_9386d82124_b.jpg

The triple chocolate cupcake was far too rich for me. It tasted nice, it was just really thick and stodgy. But I guess that's the point of a triple chocolate cupcake?!

The Master's cupcake was really good though! The grey stuff was really light which is what I like on a cupcake.
10/10 for the turkey sandwich and the Master's cupcake!
I would definitely recommend!

We finished up and I used the Wi-Fi to send my friends some photos (I found that the Wi-Fi in the parks was flawless!)
Then we had a look at the West Wing dining room.

18854559504_1833ef4e3d_b.jpg

Apparently every now and again, thunder clatters and the portrait on the wall briefly changes to a portrait of the Beast!

We didn't catch it, but I hope to eat in there next time.

18854552434_0e285a7823_c.jpg

We then made our way back out into the mid day heat!

19450928176_63a17296fb_c.jpg

I don't care what anybody says. This Prince is naked.

19289426300_5945e431f6_b.jpg

(Uncanny..!)

Click for Day 2, Part 5!

Day 2
(September 3rd 2014)

This is gonna be the best day of my liiiife!
My li-i-i-i-i-iiiife!
Ooo, oooo, oo, oo ooo.

Part 5 - They’'ll get the point.. In the end..

At 1:10pm we went to use our 12:55 –- 1:55pm fastpasses at Peter Pan!
I came to Disney World for the first time when I was 4 years old, and apparently my Mom and I would just ride Peter Pan round and round!
It’s definitely a childhood fave!

(Tricky to get good photos of though.)

19481974001_5c4188b03b_b.jpg

“"We were only trying to drown her!”"

We then walked through Frontierland.

And I couldn'’t help but take another photo of my current fave!

19482083861_4121d128b8_b.jpg

Then through to Pirates of the Caribbean!

This was just a few weeks after a guy lost some fingers by making the interesting decision to put his hand in the water on Pirates….

The woman in front of us told us this story (though I’'d already read about it on the boards), and Jamie said that he had a reeeaaallllyyy bad urge to stick his hand in, you know, just because he’d been told NOT to.……

But don’t worry, I was on the outside (as they say to keep CHILDREN on the inside!)

Pirates is another trip down memory lane for me.
You can’t beat that Caribbean smell!
If I ever visit the real Caribbean and it DOESN’T smell like that, I’m going to be seriously disappointed….

And the new(-ish) Jack Sparrow animatronic is so life-like!!

When you compare it to how rigid some of the old Pirates are, it'’s amazing!

But those old rigid pirates are hilarious.
I really hope they never try to update them.

After a boat ride around the Caribbean we went to cool off with these Tiki guys.

19238163618_87d87cb78e_c.jpg

Sooo refreshing in the Orlando heat.

18857143543_457cb58833_b.jpg

19451697376_3daf1ec3ba_b.jpg

Then it was time for the Jungle Cruise!

19290199410_64d3985afb_b.jpg

We sat at the back of the boat, and unfortunately, we were the only ones laughing at the skipper’s jokes!!!

I LOVE THE JUNGLE CRUISE, WHY WAS NOBODY LAUGHING??

18855241394_104df71614_b.jpg

"“I'’ve tried to tell these guys over and over again, you cannot out-run a rhino!

But I guess they'’ll get the point…... In the end…”..."

19471379332_5976a89817_b.jpg

HA!

19471369822_257a1ca4c9_b.jpg

After the Jungle Cruise we made our way back over to the hub.

19477701255_52f8308e09_b.jpg

On our way across we saw this really mean ibis (?) bird chasing a duck!!!

19471351242_48cc0eb0b0_b.jpg

I love ducks, therefore, I hate this bird.

19477681865_86064e657b_b.jpg

But not even that horrible bird could dampen my mood today!!!!

19455146286_44be730bde_b.jpg

It was about 2pm at this point, so we decided to get a drink from Casey’'s Corner, and take it up to the train station to sit down and relax.

Jamie and I have a good Disney strategy that works well for us. We like to get up early and hit the parks, then head back to the hotel at 2/3/4pm to relax, sleep or swim, then back out to dinner and the parks in the evening. So this was a good time for us to start heading out.

The train station is one of my favourite spots in Walt Disney World.
I would love to be able to ‘rent out’ the balcony and have a private Wishes viewing there!

19451612446_75dc7a245b_b.jpg

There were only a couple of other families up there so we got a nice seat just off center.

Dream Along With Mickey was on up at the castle which was cute.
For the next hour I could NOT stop singing..

“Join the party, a castle party!
You’'re all invited
To come and join the fun!”

And of course,

“Any dream is possible,
Wishes do come true,
You can reach the stars if you just believe!”

19481967871_f94aa14dd0_b.jpg

I was then delighted that THIS GUY made an appearance.

19517380201_0746d70a3c_b.jpg

Scoop Sanderson!
With his dogs Liquorice and Butterscotch!

Scoop is the reporter for the Main Street Gazette. Apparently his wife won’t allow real dogs in the house..!!

He did a special show for us, and showed everyone how well trained Liquorice and Butterscotch are!

19451587986_9ddeb4b03f_b.jpg

Loved it!

19451535466_ba9164b5fb_b.jpg

We were so busy chatting and enjoying the sights that time flew by!

And what kind of Disney fan would I be if I left the Magic Kingdom at 3pm?

There was something brand new on its way up Main Street that was definitely worth sticking around for…!

Ooo, oooo, oo, oo ooo.

Part 6 - Awaaay we gooo, it's a Festival of Fantasy!

A BRAND NEW PARADE???

WHILE I'’M UP AT THE TRAIN STATION???

OK, today is officially the best day ever.

Festival of Fantasy !!!

Prince Naveen! Marry me!!!

19475380662_4452542023_b.jpg

You know your mime act has hit the big time when you make it into a Disney parade!!

YOU GO ULF !!!

I’'m so proud of him.

19475373312_13a6585c8e_b.jpg

I also noticed the cool detail that Rapunzel'’s hair is actually SUPER long in the parade. You can see it in the next two photos winding up over the top of the float!

19481702155_67ca94a196_b.jpg

19475358162_9befb8ec75_b.jpg

Eugene, I love you too! If Naveen turns back into a frog, and if things don’t work out with Gaston (as I would assume they wont.. Stupid Belle..) then I’'ll come looking for you!

I adore my cheeky Disney men.

19455651376_b4349e4bc3_b.jpg

Brace yourself.. The September rain clouds are coming.!!!

But don't worry, they didn'’t rain on our parade.

LITERALLY.

We definitely got some special waves in that video!

Although I’'m not a huge fan of the Brave storyline, I absolutely LOVE that it was developed, because I'’m half Scottish!
It's great for my Dad’s culture to be recognized!
(Although obviously, people don't really turn into bears and stuff.. I don't think.)

Wooo Merida! You go girl!

“Awayyy we goooo! It’'s a Festival of Fantasy!”

19481461015_f0fb0a58e6_b.jpg

Festival of Fantasy was AMAZING.

They really went the extra mile developing this one!

I’'m fairly sure everything was brand new, apart from the crocodile, which we had seen in the Boo To You parade in 2012. But I'’ll count that as more of a costume than a float, and let them off..!

I was SO happy by the end of the parade, and it looked like it was about to rain, so it was a good time to say goodbye to the Magic Kingdom for the day!

On the bus back to the Beach Club, Jamie and I made friends with a lovely gentleman from Massachusetts. He was the Grandpa of the family around us, who we noticed were all wearing different shades of pink! CUTE!
He told us about one of his relatives who lives in London and how they’'d visited a few times which was super cool.

One of the things I love about Disney World is how friendly everyone is.
I love that people just start chatting to each other out of the blue, sharing stories about where they'’re from and what their favourite things at Disney World are.
I wish more people were friendly in real life!

We made it back to our room (after getting slightly lost in the corridors) and had some water and put on Stacey (obviously).
Neither of us were really that tired though, so we headed down to Stormalong Bay!!!!

Stormalong bay is just brilliant!
We had a swim around and explored the pools, then played some ping-pong!
Following on from Buzz Lightyear’'s Space Ranger Spin, Jamie and I are wayyy too competitive with each other!
We kept hitting slam shots to each other, which would either fly into the (empty) pool or over the fence – where we had to wait for someone to walk by to pass it back to us….
And one of which hit me real hard in the stomach..

I really dramatized it and tried to make Jamie feel bad.

18859062004_ab457c1dd2_o.gif

…He didn'’t feel bad.

After a little while we went back up to the room to get showered and ready for our upcoming ADR at 8:30pm……...

Click for Day 2, Part 7!

Wow, GREAT updates! I can't believe how un-crowded the MK was. We were there during the second half of your stay, and while crowds were low, it was nothing like that! Glad you got to do so much stuff!

And I'm with you on the Jungle Cruise jokes. I don't know why more people don't laugh. They are supposed to be terrible jokes. That's why they are so funny!

Your pictures are gorgeous! I can't wait to hear more!

Wow, look at all that crowd in front of the castle!!! And yes, I absolutely see the trash can face mocking you.

So funny, but I have never been afraid of the HM for some reason. In fact the hitch-hiking ghosts were always my favourite. My father actually reached out and grabbed a girl on the arm in the next doom buggy one time and she SCREAMED!!!! Good times.

Arrested Development gif!!!! NICE!!! Love the chicken dance.

Philharmagic down for refurb... yeah tell me about it. My whole trip sans duck butt.

Awww you got a picture of the naked prince with Belle. Still not sure how that passed inspection.

YES!!! Pirates of the Caribbean smell!!! Iconic!

I am so jealous of your Festival of Fantasy location Katie. Such an epic parade and such amazing photos!!!!!!!!!

Aww yeah, I too love how generally friendly everyone is in Disney. I so wish life was like that.

You are doing such a fantastic job. Are you sure this is your first TR???

Ooooh that looks like a great spot to catch Festival of Fantasy! Making a mental note of that one.

Well, I think you should come back in September! And maybe between the 22nd and October 6th! I love meeting Dis-ers! (Although Disneyland Paris is quite lovely, too!) I really am counting the days. So much has changed since we last went in 2008, I'm so excited to see it all. Plus we are staying at the Poly and the AKL. WOOT!

Love your TR so far! Staying at the Beach Club for the first time this December and your pictures are getting me SO excited! Cant wait for more.

Great updates!! I am going to have to watch that Festival of Fantasy parade from up there on that balcony as well! What a great view!!

yay, updates!! someone else used that imagine dragons song in a video they made about their trip, and now it's officially a Disney song to me! if you want to see her videos (they are AWESOME and might make you cry), here's some links....

video

best day of my life video

I think she has one other Disney trip video. her name on here is danimaroo and her TRs are amazingly awesome and wonderful!

anyway! ;) we love philharmagic too! isn't it so fun? it's a must do for us.

you had a great spot to watch the parade! i'm going to have to remember that--what a great and different perspective!

love that gif of rebel Wilson--she is HILARIOUS!

Thanks! We were so lucky with the crowds, I couldn't believe it! And I feel so bad for the skipper when no one laughs on the Jungle Cruise, it's kind of awkward. Jamie and I either broke the awkwardness, or added to it by being the only ones laughing.. I'm not sure. Haha!

Darn that trash-can!!!!!!! :furious: Next time I go I'll be sure to straighten things out with it..!
Hahah if someone on the Haunted Mansion had done that to me when I was a kid I would've been hysterical..! Maybe it WAS me, and my mind blocked out the trauma, and all these years of being scared of Haunted Mansions was allll because of your father :rotfl:

Yay Arrested Development! We don't actually have it on TV over here, but it's on Netflix :thumbsup2 I looove it :goodvibes

Ha, the naked prince with Belle.. THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I SAID! Like, how did anyone look at that and NOT say, hey guys, he looks kinda naked. :rotfl:

I loved being up at the train station for FoF! I'd read that it usually gets really busy up there for the parade, but there was hardly anyone up there which was great. But on our last night I decided at the last minute to watch Wishes from up there, and it was soooooo busy. I guess it's kind of unpredictable? :confused3

And I'm positive that this is my first TR! Unfortunately.. I wish I'd done them before because I can hardly remember any of the details from my other trips  But from now on I'll definitely be writing them for every trip! Aw and thank you for the kind words Rob :goodvibes It means a lot!

Ooooh that looks like a great spot to catch Festival of Fantasy! Making a mental note of that one.

It's good isn't it! Apparently it can get fairly busy up there sometimes, so make sure you get there a little earlier :thumbsup2

WOOT!

Oh my gosh, I can't believe that - we've been looking at a split stay AT AKL AND THE POLY for around those dates too!! Although we did start to think about just sticking with the Poly for the whole trip. BUT STILL! We would definitely have to sort a little Dis-meet :goodvibes We don't have anything booked yet, but here's hoping! Ohh since 2008, you're right, a lot has changed! But for the better in my opinion :goodvibes Our Magic Bands and MDE worked flawlessly the whole trip, so don't get too anxious if you read the horror stories on the boards, I think the majority of people have no issues! :goodvibes

Love your TR so far! Staying at the Beach Club for the first time this December and your pictures are getting me SO excited! Cant wait for more.

Thanks so much! You will love the Beach Club, I loved how convenient it was to get to Epcot and DHS :goodvibes and December, THAT'S REALLY SOON! :woohoo: I hope you have an amazing trip :goodvibes

Great updates!! I am going to have to watch that Festival of Fantasy parade from up there on that balcony as well! What a great view!!

Thank you! It really is a great view! Although, as I've just said to someone else, when I went to watch Wishes up there, it was sooooo busy! So make sure you get there a little early depending on the crowds and stuff :thumbsup2

yay, updates!! someone else used that imagine dragons song in a video they made about their trip, and now it's officially a Disney song to me! if you want to see her videos (they are AWESOME and might make you cry), here's some links....

video

best day of my life video

I think she has one other Disney trip video. her name on here is danimaroo and her TRs are amazingly awesome and wonderful!

anyway! ;) we love philharmagic too! isn't it so fun? it's a must do for us.

you had a great spot to watch the parade! i'm going to have to remember that--what a great and different perspective!

love that gif of rebel Wilson--she is HILARIOUS!

LORI, WHY DID YOU LINK THAT VIDEO???
... Tears were streaming.. !!!!
That was so lovely!! And one of her videos (last year?) is partly to the same song I did my DLP video to (in my signature) ! (Hers is much better quality mind you!) It must definitely be a Disney song :goodvibes This has made me really want a selfie stick for my next trip :rotfl: I will definitely check out her trip reports too!!

I was so glad we got to see the PhilharMagic before it closed for refurb :goodvibes and the train station is great for seeing FoF, particularly because all the floats are sooo big. Haha, I know, I love her! That gif is from Pitch Perfect, have you seen it? It's too funny. Apparently there's a sequel coming out! I hope it's just as good :goodvibes

Ok, so your trip report is combining 2 of the things I love most in life:
1. British people (I mean that, I really love ya'll! I'm from Texas, we have such boring accents)
2. Disneyworld
Which basically means this TR is perfection! I was laughing the whole way through, you have such a funny way of describing people/situations. And your pictures are the best!

I'm gushing so I'll stop but I can't wait to read more!

Lol! You're cracking me up! I warned you that they could make you cry. She is amazing at making those videos and her photos are fantastic!

A sequel to pitch perfect? I'm all over that--loved that movie!

Aw Alicia, thank you, that's so sweet!! And look at me doing the multiple quotes...!!!! THANK YOU. You are a hero! I could not figure out how people were doing this!

I hope I didn't come off forcing you to do multi quotes :goodvibes :lmao:

Yay what fun updates!

Oh my gosh, you're so right, everyone has attitudes in the mosaic. At least their leaving their 'tudes at the door of the castle insead of inside ::yes::

I remember as a child I was afraid of BTMRR. In fact, my first ride was caught on camera by my dad, and you can hear the fear in my voice when I scream at him to, 'HOLD ME!!"

You two have the cutest scared faces i've ever seen. BTW, Jamie kind of looks like an older, glass-less Harry Potter to me :thumbsup2

May I ask, what type of camera are you using for your videos?

We've been to BOG one time for lunch and will be going again for Dinner in January! Super excited. We ate in the West Wing and it's so ridiculously dark. The ballroom is where we are hoping to eat at next time. But the ambiance of the West Wing is really cool.

Woah, I hadn't heard about that incident over at PotC? I can't believe he lost his fingers :scared1:

Okay, where I have been that i've never heard of Scoop Sanderson before?! Dang it, not a good DIS'er at all.

You got the BEST view of the parade, holy moly! It's like they held this parade just for you guys! Ahhhmazing.:cloud9:

Best 2 sec vid i've seen :lmao:

I too, wish people would bring their Disney Friendly-ness back home. Would make the world a happier place!

:rotfl:I've been shot..by a flying burrito!
