I made a couple of ADRs months ago for a trip next week. This was before they started the credit card guarantee policy, so I did not provide a credit card at the time I made the reservation.

Does anyone know if existing reservations are grandfathered in? I mean, if we don't go to one of the reservations and I forget to cancel it, will I be charged?

    I'm confused....

No, you won't be charged. You didn't give a credit card so they have no way to charge you.

For the reccord your question is asked and answered on the very first page of the giant thread about this topic.

    Thank you.

if you made reservations at the affected restaurants before October 26, there will be no change to your reservations and they will not be affected.

Closing this now as we have one thread for this topic. The first post will answer questions like this one.
