Nope.
That "film" in DCA is "Soarin' over California," which is the same film currently shown at Epcot.
(The DCA version is now projected digitally.)

The NEW film hinted at for Epcot (and, likely also for DCA) could be called "Soarin' over the USA" (or similar.)
The two (soon to be three) Soarin' theaters in Epcot are slated to switch to digital projection in the near future.

With a digital projection system in all of Disney's Soarin' theaters,
it can be a very simple matter to change which program they want to show in any or all theaters nearly instantly.

Now that's exciting! I love the original current film, but would love to see a new one!
