Particularly given that they will close for several months before switching to Starbucks, it sounds more like they simply hired a better marketing or pr firm to describe what is ultimately probably a good thing. Somehow they originally bungled the announcement of the plan to serve improved product, while keeping the old products that were popular, in exchange for what will likely be minor tweaks to the internal decor.
