Love that lobby. So, how many lifts does it take to screw in a light bulb...
 
I was in the right place at the right time to see a little bit of Disney "magic" at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge recently. I was there taking photos of the resort when I was able to view the chandeliers up close while they were working on them.

Awesome story, and I would have sat right there and watched something "behind the scenes" (but in front of your face - LOL) like that myself. Thanx for taking the time to do this blog (and all the other recent ones lately), they've all been awesome!

I'm fairly certain that they would have replaced them with LED's. Almost everything in the lighting industry is going LED at this point. It doesn't even make sense to not use LED in an application like that -the maintenance cost is pretty large ...as is illustrated. The LED's will also burn cooler which should extend the useful life of the canvas that was being replaced.
