New ‘Free Dining’ bounceback offer now available at Walt Disney World resorts

Guests visiting the Walt Disney World Resort and staying at the hotels between August 1st through October 31, 2016 will get some extra magic with their stay. A new bounceback offer for free dining in 2017 will be available in guest rooms.

The bounceback offer should be available in your room when you arrive but if it isn’t, you can call extension 8844 from your Disney Resort hotel room or call 407-939-1923. The only caveat to the deal is that you have to book it before you check out from your current trip and it must be for a specific length of stay (see brochure below for more details).

Yep. Same cancellation policy as a regular booking.

I don't think the dates you have listed are correct.

The dates posted on other threads indicate the new offer is only valid on these dates:

5/30-6/6/17
6/30-7/5/17
8/11-9/9/17
12/8-12/20/17

I meant the offer itself is proof...

Free dining was always the discount of last resort - as in it was released on the travel planning timeline very late.

It was whittled down to near nothing around 2-3 years ago...

Now they are passing out flyers?

Things are down. Bigtime. The speculation is that people are running out of credit/money and there is a gap developing in the advance bookings.

From being in Orlando just a couple days ago...I can tell you that it was very sparse...like no time I've ever see in the summers.

It's a domestic problem...not just an international one.

And oh wow! No mid-to late September dates for MNSSHP. That is a big difference. So much for our annual fall trip.

And sorry, I must have missed something, but what do you mean by flyer? Isn't it being offered the way all bounce back offers have been offered in the past, as an insert in the rooms? Is this one being offered differently?

FD has been offered as a BB for a number of years now for people checking in between August and end of October. The offer is in the middle section of the booklet in the room, same as always.

You can look at it as business as usual...

But an expansion of dates can only be interpreted "correctly" as one thing...

No business gives discounts for fun or to "spread magic"...

And nothing is sacred about free dining

If you book a BB offer and need to change the dates - is that possible as long as it is within the available dates of the offer? Don't have school calendar for 2017-2018 so dates that work for me would be a best guess when I am there.
