For the type of car we want, I am getting Dollar and Thrifty Car Rental showing up. Now I've heard of Dollar, but not this Thrifty Car Rental - has anyone else used them? What are they like?

Thanks Wayne, that's good to know. Didn't realise they were the same company - strange that they can give different prices, if it's the same company, but I'm not complaining. They are at least £100 than Budget direct - haven't checked USRentACar yet though!

i did the comparison over the weekend sometime (cant remember exactly when) and i remember it was cheaper and it said that they need to get dollar to confirm the rate before they can give me a confirmation number. stupid me didnt write the netflights reference down, duh!!
did anyone get the same message, and roughly how long should it take before i get it confirmed?

has anyone else actually booked theirs yet?
i paid extra for the full tank of fuel but it doesnt show this anywhere on the confirmation and rental voucher. i'm worried that they'll ty and charge me again. does anyone else have it mentioned anywhere?
