Need suggestions for off site hotel

I am looking for suggestions for an off site hotel with a nice pool with the kids(slide would be nice but not necessary). We will not be doing disney while we are there so it doesn't need to be near there, this will just be for 2 days of resting and possible doing little things around the area we always wanted to do but never had the time(airboats, minigolf, etc.) I sort of would like to stay on International drive because there seems to be a lot to do there, but am not familiar with the hotels. Does anyone ahve any experience with the hotels in this area? Was also looking at calypso cay country inn and suites, even though I know it isn't near there, any suggestions? I prefer not to spend more than $100 a night but I would if the hotel would be worth it. TYIA
