Need help with "One Man's Dream" question...

My daughter is doing a book report on Walt Disney. When we were in WDW this summer, I remember walking through One Man's Dream and hearing a quote or quotes spoken by Disney over and over again. She needs to include a famous quotation by him....what the heck is it???????????

Could it be "I only hope that we don't lose sight of one thing - that it was all started by a mouse"? They use that, I believe, in the entrance area and first room. I think there's a few other monologues played in different areas of the exhibit as well, though. I know there's one about the multiplane camera and one about EPCOT. There may be more, but that's all I remember.
