DH and I are heading down to Atlantic City three times in April. I was wondering if anyone knows where we can get some food or buffet coupons? Also do you know any good food delivery that will deliver to a resort room? Any info would be great! :thumbsup2

    NO EXPERT HERE BUT,
We visit atlantic city in the summer months. There are plenty of buffets. However, some buffets are better then others. There is a little greek restaurant right on the boardwalk (Opa Bar & Grille). They have the best greek salad and burgers. nice view for people watching and of the ocean. try this website. www.atlanticcitynj.com
    OR
http://www.123atlanticcity.com/dining-guide/buffet.htm (you can modify your search here for other restaurants as well) There is one buffet that is NOT on this list, Garden Terrace Buffet (DO NOT EAT HERE) there is a reason it's not on the list!

Don't forget to visit the new mall on the pier. lots of nice stores, (GUCCI, MOVADO, COACH, M&M STORE) the mall is also set up as a beach with sand and aridondack chairs along the windows for people to sit on and view the ocean! also, there is a water fountain show with music and such!

I hope this helps! have a wonderful time!

do you have any of the casino cards? That is where I get all of my discounts for food and free rooms.

My favorite buffet is in Ballys wild west.

I know the Entertainment has had some in the past years.. but I didnt get it yet for this year.

The one in Claridge? I have eaten there dozens on times with no problems. Food has always been good. Right now they have been closed for renovations for the past few months along with Animations.

OH WAIT... you mean the one on the boardwalk not in a casino outside of ballys?

We have all the casino cards. We know we get 3.00 off at the resorts buffet but do not know what we get off for the other buffets with our player cards. If anyone knows what $ is taken off the buffets with the player cards please let us know.

There is no 'set amount' for each person on the cards. I usually get coupons in the mail and than have to show them with my card.

Another good place for cheap eats but not a buffet is the Irish Pub. You will see the guy on the boardwalk wearing the sandwich board.

There are tons of great(and reasonably priced) places to eat in the city but you just have to venture a few blocks off the boardwalk. Down by Tropicana is Tony's Baltimore Grill which has some of the best pizza in the world. Near Caesars and Ballys is White House Subs known all over the place for their outstanding subs. Someone already mentioned the Irish Pub which is a great local hangout(open 24 hours a day!) with really cheap drink prices and good old fashioned pub fare.
As far as getting food delivered to your room, pretty much every delivery place in the city will deliver to the casinos. You can check at the Front Desk, Guest Services or the Concierge of your hotel to get menus.....they all should have them.
Also, keep in mind that places in The Quarter and also The Pier can have some reasonably priced food....just don't expect gourmet. The Quarter has Corky's, Ri Ra, Adam Good Deli, etc. The Pier has Game On or the Trinity Pub.

    Enjoy!

I have the Entertainment '08 book. I will send you the AC coupons if you want them. If yes, send PM.
