Michigan International Speedway is a D-oval track with a lap distance of 2.0 miles. 200 laps are scheduled for a race distance of 400 miles.

NASCAR shuffled the schedule and introduced this race in 2022. Therefore we have a short history.

#4 is the defending champion.
