My friend is arriving at 12.30am, can she pick up her own room key?

Hey there,

Me and my friend are arriving from the UK on different flights. Her flight doesn't get in until past midnight.

By the time she gets to the resort it will be around 2am, and we don't think our cells will work over there, so it will be hard to arrange a time to meet! It will be much easier to just meet in the room once we have both arrived!!


I know we can get magical express separately, but will she be able to pick up her room key later on?

Yes, she can get a key at the front desk at the hotel. Just make sure her name is on the reservation, she'll probably be asked to show ID before they just give her the key
