I do not have an iPod/iphone/MP3 player. What, if any options do I have for listening to music in my stateroom on the Dream?

Bring a portable player and speakers. If you don't want to have a MP3 player you can bring a portable CD player.

There is a music video channel on the stateroom TV if you like the Disney Channel type of music.
