Has anyone run into any problems with the minor authorization form? I am taking my niece on her first cruise and I would hate to have any problems at the port. THANKS IN ADVANCE!

As long as you have her parents sign the form you will not have any problems at all. I just took my Niece on her first cruise in Feb and I just had her Mom sign it. Have a great cruise

Just make sure you have her proper documents as well -- Passport or official certified birth certificate (and photo ID if over 16).

    Enjoy your cruise!

My sister in law wants to take her grandson on a cruise. Anyone know about the minor auth form if there is an absent parent? His name is on the birth certificate.

The Minor Authorization Form is available on the DCL website, sorry I can't link to it right this minute. I believe it only requires signature from 1 parent, so your SIL should have no problem. Just make sure she also has his official certified birth certificate or Passport.

    Enjoy your cruise!
